NEUSPEED's Front Mount Intercooler kit for the Audi TT 2.0T requires absolutely no drilling, cutting or trimming of the metal bumper structure or bumper cover making it the only true bolt-on kit available. The kit includes CNC mandrel bent aluminum piping finished in a wrinkle powder coat finish, constant tension hose clamps, silicone hose couplers and all necessary mounting hardware. The intercooler core is a highly efficient bar and plate design that utilizes flow tested cast aluminum end tanks.

Do not be fooled by kits that claim to have larger cores. They usually require extensive reworking or cutting of the bumper structure and because of the limitations of the OE front bumper opening, parts of those "bigger"cores will have no air flow through them which results in a highly inefficient design.
